AFMID

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFMID protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,522 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFMID-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSE1, STIL, and IGF2BP3. Each is linked with AFMID in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFMID-to-partner and partner-to-AFMID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFMID→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFMID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
