AFM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,549 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are F13A1, IGFBP7, and CD93. Each is linked with AFM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFM-to-partner and partner-to-AFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFM versus F13A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
