AFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSP2, KRT18P51, and PES1. Each is linked with AFM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFM-to-partner and partner-to-AFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSP2 grouped by AFM-low versus AFM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
