AFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-4, NEUROD4, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with AFM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFM-to-partner and partner-to-AFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-4 grouped by AFM-low versus AFM-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
