Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG3L1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,794 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFG3L1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H18, SF3B3, and EIF4A3. Each is linked with AFG3L1P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG3L1P-to-partner and partner-to-AFG3L1P results are reported.
