AFF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,431 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTI1, HMCN1, and JAK1. Each is linked with AFF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF1-to-partner and partner-to-AFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF1 versus TTI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
