AFF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,434 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B3-AS1, DST, and PLPPR4. Each is linked with AFF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF1-to-partner and partner-to-AFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF1 versus ATP1B3-AS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
