AFF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWA5B1, OR51I1, and FAM47A. Each is linked with AFF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF1-to-partner and partner-to-AFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VWA5B1 grouped by AFF1-low versus AFF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
