AFDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,638 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO6, AFDN_S1182, and AFDN_S1275. Each is linked with AFDN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFDN-to-partner and partner-to-AFDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFDN versus MYO6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
