AFDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFDN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and ASNS. Each is linked with AFDN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFDN-to-partner and partner-to-AFDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by AFDN-low versus AFDN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
