AFDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,633 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TULP4, ZMIZ2, and MYO6. Each is linked with AFDN in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFDN-to-partner and partner-to-AFDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFDN versus TULP4 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
