AFDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,627 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are L3MBTL2, CTSZ, and USP31. Each is linked with AFDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFDN-to-partner and partner-to-AFDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L3MBTL2 grouped by AFDN-low versus AFDN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
