Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,337 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFAP1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFAP1L1_S98, MMRN2, and PXDN. Each is linked with AFAP1L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFAP1L1 versus AFAP1L1_S98 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
