AFAP1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,468 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, DIPK2B, and ROBO4. Each is linked with AFAP1L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFAP1L1 versus MYCT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
