Across TCGA patient cohorts, AEBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,994 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CCN4, and SYDE1. Each is linked with AEBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP1 results are reported.
