Across TCGA cell cohorts, AEBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,485 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with AEBP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP1 results are reported.
