Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, OR7E10P, and MTND5P35. Each is linked with ADRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRM1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL97P grouped by ADRM1-low versus ADRM1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
