Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, N-Ras, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with ADRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRM1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRM1 results are reported.
