Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,784 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, Positive regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, and Negative regulation of t-circle formation. Each is linked with ADRM1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRM1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRM1 results are reported.
