ADRB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,006 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, SPTBN1, and ABLIM1. Each is linked with ADRB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRB1 versus SPTAN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
