Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, CYTH4, and MFNG. Each is linked with ADRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRB1 versus UPB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
