Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GSK3-a-b, and JNK2. Each is linked with ADRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB1 results are reported.
