Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ADRA2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA2C-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA2C results are reported.
