Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKD2, PXN_S303, and PPIB. Each is linked with ADRA1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1B versus PRKD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
