Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 348 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIK, PNPLA3, and MCF2. Each is linked with ADRA1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1B versus BIK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
