Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADRA1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP8, CCR8, and C16orf90. Each is linked with ADRA1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP8 grouped by ADRA1B-low versus ADRA1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
