ADRA1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GAL1, PACSIN2, and VRK1. Each is linked with ADRA1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ST6GAL1 grouped by ADRA1A-low versus ADRA1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
