The most reproducible ADRA1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly. Each is linked with ADRA1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1A results are reported.
