ADPRS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,392 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, CTPS1, and SMIM12. Each is linked with ADPRS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRS-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS versus NUDC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
