ADPRS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,267 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC3, INPP5B, and GZMK. Each is linked with ADPRS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRS-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS versus TRAPPC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
