ADPRS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT4B, TMEM38B, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with ADPRS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRS-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MGAT4B grouped by ADPRS-low versus ADPRS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
