ADPRS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADPRS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,128 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7D1, SMIM12, and TRAPPC3. Each is linked with ADPRS in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRS-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS versus MAP7D1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
