ADPRM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN1P32, MIR6783, and MIR4744. Each is linked with ADPRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRM-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN1P32 grouped by ADPRM-low versus ADPRM-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
