ADPRM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and GUCA1C. Each is linked with ADPRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRM-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by ADPRM-low versus ADPRM-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
