Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADPRH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, TLN1, and WIPF1. Each is linked with ADPRH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRH-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRH versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
