Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXN3P1, RNU6-566P, and SPTY2D1. Each is linked with ADPRH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRH-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRH results are reported.
