Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ADPRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRH-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRH results are reported.
