Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,369 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral life cycle, Protein de-ADP-ribosylation, and Viral process. Each is linked with ADPRH in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRH-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRH results are reported.
