Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADPRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS16, NKX2-6, and TLE7. Each is linked with ADPRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRH-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRH results are reported.
