Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,102 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chemokine production, Response to nutrient, and Cellular response to biotic stimulus. Each is linked with ADORA2BP1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2BP1 results are reported.
