ADORA2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,119 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8_S617, S100A16_S103, and NFIB_S328. Each is linked with ADORA2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2A-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADORA2A versus SCAF8_S617 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
