Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADORA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHM2, SYNE1, and FERMT3. Each is linked with ADORA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2A-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADORA2A versus PLEKHM2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
