Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADORA2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,885 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of acetylcholine secretion, neurotransmission, Positive regulation of circadian sleep/wake cycle, sleep, and Regulation of acetylcholine secretion, neurotransmission. Each is linked with ADORA2A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2A-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2A results are reported.
