ADO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL714P, SF3B4P1, and MRPL49. Each is linked with ADO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADO-to-partner and partner-to-ADO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL714P grouped by ADO-low versus ADO-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
