Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SF3B4P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SF3B4P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SF3B4P1 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, SF3B4P1 RNA expression shows 7,591 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Together, these results highlight UVM, COAD, and UCS as cancer lineages where SF3B4P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
