ADNP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADNP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP_S921, NCOA5, and PRPF6. Each is linked with ADNP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADNP versus ADNP_S921 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
