ADNP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADNP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, MIR6781, and PPP1R9A-AS1. Each is linked with ADNP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by ADNP-low versus ADNP-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
