Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADNP-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,199 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CTNNBL1, and PRPF4B. Each is linked with ADNP-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP-AS1 results are reported.
