ADM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MROH1, PHF10, and RPS6KA5. Each is linked with ADM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM5-to-partner and partner-to-ADM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
