Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADM5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADM5 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADM5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADM5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and COAD are the cancer types where ADM5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
